1. Universal thyristor (transistor) AC & DC voltage regulators (
Power 1-250 kW , Voltage up to 500V ) for a variety of
technological instruments including resistive heaters of
electrical furnaces , vibrators , welding machines , transformers
, lighting systems, electrodialyzers and inductive or DC motors
for various uses. A unique combination of two methods of
control, including pulse wide modulation (PWM) and phase voltage
regulation with current and voltage feedbacks and a unique method
of synchronizing and firing of thyristors (transistors) provide
better energy saving and cost efficient means of operating loads
with different static and dynamic characteristics than those
currently in use.
2. Solid state thyristor and transistor switches with current
from 10 up to 2500A. An innovative method of control of these
switches provides regulation of pulses wide from 0,15micron up to
120 ms and steepness of pulses from 0,5 up to 10 micron. A high
quick action of these devices, provides its for use for special
testing electrical equipment in the DC and AC supply systems,
current limiting devices, reserve automatic connection in power
supply systems and for Static Compensators of reactive power.
3. Special thyristor Soft Starters for low and high voltage AC
inductive motors with power 5-4000 kW , Voltage 0,4/6,3/11 kV. A
unique integrated design of thyristor - contactor hybrid and a
special algorithm of soft starters control according to the
Patent provide: an increase in the working life of motors and
mechanisms due to significant reduction of electrodynamic forces
in motor windings, mechanical and hydraulic shocks; an increase
in the working life of commutation apparatus; considerable
savings on the amount of energy (electricity) utilized;
regulation of rational speed of drive motors in the range 1:5 in
mechanisms with a fan characteristic of load torque.
4. Static Thyristor VAR Compensators for industrial power supply
systems and electrical networks 0,4-11kV containing sharply
variable and pulsate loads such as rolling mills , welding
installations and smelting furnaces, which provide voltage
regulation, damping voltage oscillations, reducing harmonic
distortions, lowering electric power losses and improving the
power factor of electric installations.
5. Multifunctional automatic control systems designed to analyze
predict and control the behavior of mixing, extrusion, grinding
and other technological processes characterized by physical
influence of the executing mechanism on the substance, or the
mixture of substances, resulting in physical and/or chemical
transformation of the substance or mixture of the substances .
